Terms of Use

These Terms apply to games published by Wearent Games ("we", "us"), including Evo Drive: Car Evolution Run. By installing or playing a game you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the games, except where the law allows it.

2. Virtual items

• Coins, skins, upgrades, boosts, cases and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services, or transferred to another person.
• You receive a limited license to use virtual items inside the game; you do not own them.
• Cases contain a random skin. The probability of each rarity is shown on every case before you open it. Cases are never sold for real money or for coins: they are opened with keys that you earn only by finishing levels, by watching ads, or received for free as rewards. Keys cannot be bought.
• We may change, balance or remove virtual items as the game is updated, without liability to you, except for items you purchased with real money, which we will deliver or replace where reasonably possible.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy. Prices are shown in the store before you pay. If a purchased item does not arrive, contact support@wearentgames.com and we will help. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

4. Ads

Our games are free and show ads, including optional rewarded videos that give in-game rewards. Rewards are granted only after a video has been watched. Some purchases remove forced ads; rewarded videos you choose to watch may remain available.

5. Fair play

Do not cheat, hack, use bots or modified versions of the game, or exploit bugs. We may reset progress or restrict access if we detect such behavior.

6. Game data

Progress is saved on your device and, if you sign in with Google Play Games, in your Google account. We are not responsible for progress lost because the game was uninstalled, the device was reset or cloud save was not used.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the games will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the games is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the games and these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. You can stop using the games at any time by uninstalling them.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
