Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you play games published by Wearent Games ("we", "us"), including Evo Drive: Car Evolution Run, and when you visit wearentgames.com. Wearent Games is the trade name of an independent game developer based in Slovakia (European Union). Contact: support@wearentgames.com.

1. Short version

• We do not ask you to create an account and we do not run our own servers that collect your personal data.
• Your game progress is stored on your device. If you sign in to Google Play Games, a copy can be saved in your Google account.
• Our games show ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect device data for advertising, as described below.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details.

2. Information stored on your device

The game stores your progress and settings (levels, coins, skins, upgrades, sound and vibration settings, daily rewards) locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game.

3. Third-party services we use

Google AdMob (advertising). To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares with Google: IP address (which may be used to estimate your general location), app interactions (such as app launches, taps and video views), diagnostic information (such as app launch time and performance) and device identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID). Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. If you are in these regions, the game shows Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are used. You can refuse personalized ads; you will then see non-personalized ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).

Google Play Billing (purchases). Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was made so the game can deliver the item. Payment information is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.

Google Play Games Services (optional sign-in and cloud save). If you sign in with Google Play Games, your gamer profile (gamer name and avatar) is shared with the game, and your saved progress and achievements are stored by Google in your Google account (the game's private folder in your Google Drive). You can view and delete this data in your Play Games profile.

Local notifications. The game can remind you about daily rewards. These reminders are scheduled on your device; no data is sent to us. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.

4. Why this data is processed (legal bases)

• Consent — personalized advertising in regions where consent is required.
• Legitimate interests — showing non-personalized ads that keep the game free, measuring ads, preventing fraud and keeping the game working.
• Contract — delivering items you purchase.
• Legal obligation — complying with applicable laws.

5. How long data is kept

Local game data is kept until you uninstall the game. Cloud saves are kept in your Google account until you delete them. Data collected by Google is kept according to Google's own retention policies.

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or US state laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent and to data portability. Because we do not keep personal data on our own servers, most data can be removed directly:

• Uninstall the game to delete all local data.
• Delete cloud saves and achievements in your Google Play Games profile.
• Reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
• Email support@wearentgames.com with any other request; we reply within 30 days.

If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — for us, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).

7. Children

Our games are intended for players aged 13 and over and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

8. Security and international transfers

Data sent by the services above is encrypted in transit (TLS). Google may process data outside your country, including outside the EU, using safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. This website

wearentgames.com does not use cookies, analytics or trackers. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when our games or the services we use change. The effective date above shows the latest version. Important changes will be announced in the game or on this page.
